Poopy Paw Reaction

Last night Radar and I were playing bouncy ball on the back patio. In one of his rare misses, Radar had to chase the ball out into the grass.

He came back to me with the ball acting a little weird. Turns out he stepped in his own poo.

He flat out refused to give me the ball again, and only a Dutch Shepherd owner knows the look he was giving me.

After cleaning his paw he refused to come anywhere near me until bedtime.

I'm not sure why he thought the whole incident was my fault?

Anecdotes from the WEIRD, WILD, WONDERFUL WORLD of our DS

There, where I had carefully placed three bite sized pieces of lamb into a tin can, there now sat a can containing at least twenty slugs. Eww. I fed my dog a slug. The look on her face when she cut me that short bark was unmistakable. It was stern, and professional. She knew I effed up, and was calling me out on it.

Side note: slug slime is mind bogglingly difficult to clean from fingers.
