Tell us about yourself: I live in Metro-West Boston with my husband and our rescued Dutch Shepherd, Minnie. She loves anything involving activity. Our first rescued DS, Kaya, loved to tug. Our second rescued DS (who actually turned out to be a GSDx), Marley, loved to nap. I volunteer for the North American Dutch Shepherd Rescue and am a member of the NADSR BOD.

North American Dutch Shepherd Rescue is arranging pull and foster. Her available date is January 7.

If you'd like to be an approved foster home for NADSR, that would be awesome! The Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida have been hot spots for DS needing rescue (I don't have the volunteer list handy to see if you are already on it).

Awesome! I am so glad to hear that NADSR is pulling!

But for the fact that I am swamped with RescuedMe (and have limited space), I would totally offer to be a foster for NADSR.

Although...I may fill out an application anyway for times when you may need a temp foster pending transport, etc. I know that we have a real need for temp fosters when we pull for one of our northern rescue friends.

Stacy...ANY sort of help would be greatly appreciated!
I think there's a space on the foster form to add comments for preferences like temporary foster.

Thanks!
