That Stryker is still available for adoption. :duh:
Stryker young adult male 2.5 yo is neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm negative, free of internal and external parasites, and micro-chipped. He is located in CO. If you are interested in adopting this guy, please fill out our ON-LINE Pre-Adoption application. Pre-Adopt application http://www.dutchshepherdrescue.org/prea ... gion1.html
This handsome and intelligent dog needs a forever home.

While we're on the subject. Most of the NADSR posts of late are "courtesy" posts, and that seems to me to point out a problem. They don't have the foster resources to pull these dogs. That's sad, because fostering can be so rewarding.

* Save a life
* Meet new and interesting dogs
* Show a dog that not all humans are bad.
* Maybe teach an old dog new tricks

I am going to steal a phrase from the boating world: The two happiest days are when you get a foster dog, and when it leaves for its forever home.
