We finally got enough snow for the boys to really get down and "dirty" in lol. They both LOVE snow. I don't mind it, I am not a huge fan of the freezing cold but it's worth getting all my layers and taking them hiking when they have such a wonderful time. Sooo here's some pics of Madix and a few of Midas (who in general thinks he's too good for the camera).

Tell us about yourself: Dogs are my life, what can I say. GSDs primarily for nearly 50 years til bringing in my first DutchShep about 4 years ago. GSD rescue for 9 yrs, nearly 200 thru my home, rehabbed, adopted out. Been involved in AKC ob, herding, tracking, agility; Schutzhund-DVG; scent detection (HR-water)&narcotics, some patrol work. Mostly herding training at present on my little farm.

I love the running/biting picture the best, lots of emotion and play in that one. :yeah: Ya think the squirming on the down may possibly be from a bare belly on the cold snow!?!? :fluffy: BURRR!! I love snow pictures of which we have very few opportunities here. Our dogs go crazy if we have the slightest bit of accumulation of snow. Thanks for sharing, I always love the dog pics. :wtg:

Tell us about yourself: Had a GSD, am getting a DS puppy in a few weeks. Compete in agility, obedience, and cross train in tons of stuff. Found out about this site from the DS Rescue yahoo list.

Tell us about yourself: I like Dutch Shepherddogs, especially the roughcoat. At the moment we have three dogs, two DS (one female who is 10 years and one male who is six months) and one male Laekenois at the age of three. We live in the north of The Netherlands.

Tell us about yourself: Lifelong animal person- I professionally trained horses before my children were born. New to DS's, but not new to high drive working dogs. :) Currently have a 1 1/2 yr old DS, Koenig, and a 2 yr old English Pointer Sara. They are both rescues. Oh yes, I work at a multi species non-profit animal rescue, on Bainbridge Island, WA

WONDERFUL photographs!!! I like the back-talk pics the best. I might have to some of Koenig back-talking now, and give Madix a run for his money if we can! :)

DS's with wings- great photo- but that it my one pet peeve about my ruffwear packs, it that they flop. I've actually sewn extra clips on the bottom of the pack to prevent the wings.
