Tell us about yourself: My husband and I are interested in getting a DS puppy. We are new to the breed and are interested in learning as much as we can about them. We would appreciate any help or information others have to offer. We are most concerned about selecting the right DS for us.

Photo hosting sites?

Post by born2fly79 »

I would like suggestions for websites where I can upload my photos so I can share them on here. I only have them on facebook and they are not loading properly onto here anymore. Thanks in advance! I really want to share pics of our little (or not so little anymore!) guy!! : )

Tell us about yourself: I adopted a Dutch Shepherd mix (without knowing what she was) from the SPCA here in Victoria BC and am now trying to learn everything I can about this breed. My husband and I work from home most of the time so I thought it was time to get a puppy! We have his 2 boys here half the time and we wanted a nice family dog.

Sugar looks like a miniature Dutch Shepherd with floppy ears, and has every ounce of DS traits in her little body!

I hope to learn from other DS owners and share doggy experiences.

Tell us about yourself: I have had a DS for almost a year. Gwen and I are considering participating in PSA and or possible Ring Sport. I also have a Great Dane. I have grown up around working GSDs and my last GSD was a working K9 officer. I am all about dogs and animals in general and want to learn as much as I can about training.

You can now upload photo's directly to the forum. At this time they have to be 512Kb (1/2Mb) or smaller. We no longer have the restrictions for image dimensions....installed some new software recently that automatically resizes the images.

Are you saying that when I upload a photo here it automatically re-sizes it?

It will automatically resize it dimensionally. Any photo over 640x480 will get reduced. Then you can click on it to see it bigger.

The pictures still have to be 1/2 or less because we still have a lot of members with slower internet access.
