Tell us about yourself: I am a mom of 6 life forces - 2 kids and 3 dogs 1 hamster. I live in Ct. I have trained Ringsport and Agility and have 2 DS, one 15 and 7 and a Basset Hound Cookie who is 2

A year ago I got it in my head that I would love training. It's a nice Dream for me. Im just now trying to figure out how to correctly train my puppy. :mrgreen:

How long did you train for?
if you find a good working dog trainer they will help you with the training, this is really not the breed you want trial and error with training.

i trained for many , many years.

I have been researching for a local working dog trainer nearby. Steve started me on the right path with a recommendation. She was a bit too far away but loved talking with her. I since have found two more just minutes away from my house. Hoping to sign up for some private lessons and classes coming up.
