We have a tie going. So far in the time we have been doing this we have not had a tie for the results.
So I guess we should set how we do a tie-breaker.
I am thinking that we utilize a random number generator, let it pick a number between 1 and 7567, and then ask each owner to tell us how many times the dog barked in the previous 6 weeks. Whichever one comes closest without going over wins.
