Tell us about yourself: I am in New York State. Got my first DS about 14 years ago (more or less as a rescue- lost her in Nov.). After years of GSD's, and a few dogs of other breeds (Rotti/Beauceron/Ger. Shorthaired Pointer/ Yorkie and my current Jack Russell) I now have another DS, 4mo female, no name yet, tho I have a few in mind.
Also have a horse-old quarter horse mare-32.

Still having problems with the program or is it just me?

We still have numerous members of the forum with slower internet speeds so we restrict the size of the photo. We have taken away the dimensional restrictions we used to have and we automatically take of making them dimensionally smaller.

You have two options when posting photos
1) you can upload it to the forum
2) you can link to it by using the "IMG" button.

When I try to upload directly, it is saying the photo is too large and it doesn't resize automatically. Is it just this computer or the program having a problem???

Is the file you are trying to upload larger than 512 Kb? (1/2 megabyte) That is the file size limit.

Yes the file is larger but for some reason I thought we didn't have to re size first any longer. Thought I read something about a program improvement for photo's to upload directly. Thanks tho.

Partly correct. You no longer have to resize the photo's dimensionally. Just for storage size.

It must be less than 1/2 Mb. Even that size is tough for members with slower connections ... even upto 10 minutes or more to download.
