I personally like Elite K9 over Ray Allen - better quality and customer service - but Ray Allen has screwed me over a few thousand times... from sending me another customer's (very expensive) package to just never sending me mine and neglecting to tell me they would never reorder what I had been waiting for for 6 months (no refund), never sending my item... the list goes on... Good gear just can't stand the way they run their business. But, I do like their looks of their GHOST line.

The GHOST nylon collar is what I settled on for Nami. Now I'm just trying to figure out what harness I want for her. I like that Elite K9 has GO PRO mounts. I've been wanting to tack a GO PRO to the back of a harness and let her loose in doggy day care.

I have the go pro adapter for their harnesses and really like it. Fits on anything the same width as the strap and very secure. I've put it on the chest strap, back, and on a collar. You still need the attachment parts from go pro to mount, if I remember correctly, but you can get those off Amazon fairly cheap.
