I think Sadie is a bit ouchy today, ( she has HD) After making my breakfast I came into my office to check on the goings on for the day and to see whats up here. When I went back into the kitchen, the butter was still on the counter. That struck me as odd. ( If I leave the butter out it will be gone.) Sadie was on her bed giving me her brown eyed look. Its rainy and cold here and I think its bothering her.

awww, poor baby!! Maybe you could make her some "Sadie soup" instead of making her Sadie soup?

Lisa, so do you notice that her symptoms are more exacerbated when the weather changes as you said? As in when folks have arthritis and it hurts. I have been so fortunate not to have any with HD and was wondering.

I would bet that the damp wet days would bother her like they do people. Sometimes its hard to tell with her. Her norm has been, crazy excited in the morning, play then she is quite most of the day. I do take her out for hikes on nice days or she will have a spurt of energy after lunch. This was the first time I left the butter out on a damp rainy day so it was an extra oddity. It would be a good day to feed sadie some soup instad of eat Sadie Soup.

Poor baby...hope she feels better soon (alas, I have way too much empathy for hip issues )

The rain stoped so well see what tomrow brings. She is snuggled up for the night.

Good to hear she is feeling better. It's tough to watch them being in pain.
