Hi. I just found out that a litter mate of my puppy is still up for adoption. I am kind of confused as to how/why as this was the dog that we were going to adopt but found out that he was reserved - while holding him at the adoption event. That being said, really happy the way it turned out as we love our Cookie. Anyway, not too sure, maybe he was returned. He is being fostered right now, not too sure if in CT or PA. The rescue group is http://tailsofcourage.org/ They have him listed as a German Shepherd mix.

It didn't matter. I told them that the puppies were Dutch Shepherds and to change the listing. The puppy was then adopted within the day. Someone within the organization read up about Dutch Shepherds and it was a perfect fit for what they wanted. Good to hear. Have to say, never heard of a Dutch Shepherd but what conservation starters. I must get at least 10 people a day ask me "what is she?!?!"
