I thought it would be nice to have an ongoing pic thread to share our dogs having summer fun. Beach, pool, park, whatever and wherever.

During crazy hour this morning, the pups decided that their pool wasn't fancy enough. Turbo is Official Mischief Leader 'round these parts.

From last year, 'cause I haven't had the camera out on the boat with me this year yet.

Not a summer activity, but I took the pups with me to a fundraiser I was volunteering at, and they had a lot of fun and everyone paid a lot of attention to them and they behaved SO well.

How nice they were well-behaved hoodlums. What have you been working on in training?

We haven't done a whole lot, I've been taking them to lots of places and having them meet lots of people and dogs. Doing a lot of leash training and teaching the kids how to get the dogs to listen to then. Working lots on sit/stay and leave it and being gentle with the cats. Having a hard time with the quiet command because they set each other off.

I've mostly been socializing them like crazy because I'm terrified of another situation like we had with Delco.

And it's been discovered that Faucet the cat does not like to have a backyard wrestle, which made them cry while he taunted them from atop the fence.

love that last group of wrestle-wishing photos. the cat-on-the-fence pics are great; the first of them with the cat out-of-sight and the CAT SHADOW LOOMING BEHIND HIM is pretty wild.

Epona was introduced to some poodle friends this summer!

I adore her white paws and that sweet face!She still looks like a puppy! And you can really tell how much fun those dogs are having.
