I want a puppy!!!

BTW, is their fur soft or wiry? It looks really soft, but having never seen one, don't really know.

It feels soft and when they grow older it gets a little bit less soft, at leats that's the case with our Floor.

Have you ever shaved your dogs? Do they shed alot?

No, we never shave them, they have to be plucked if you want them to keep their curly fur. Some people have them shaved e.g. when they become old because plucking is rahter intensif, it takes to much energy.
They do shed a lot when they are about to be plucked which is a signal that ist is time to do so. But the first momths after they have been plucked you don't find much hair on the floor.
Our dogs have to be plucked every seven months approximately.

How does "plucking" work? Is it something you do yourself? Do the dogs object when you do it?
