What does the retired police officer have to say about Pepsi’s manners and how much she had changed from last year when he watched her ?

Hi Tim we are still away until tomorrow so we will pick her up then. From the bits he has sent me over the last couple of weeks he has said she has been good with no issues. She just needs a firm hand and to be honest she's pretty good. Getting more confident as she gets older and a little bit more trusting of people. Thanks Jay
