Ok, I'm trying not to judge, but what the heck are they trying to teach this dog?

Absolutely nothing. Just another incident of bad police work, an example of someone who has no business being on the police force and horrible dog “training.” There’s nothing that this person could say to defend their “training methods” that would make me think oh okay that makes sense. Disgusting.

That was my thought as well...and its not like there are no good quality training programs in the area.
The dog seems so eager to please and ready to perform.
