Leather Harness

Post by MyaDOG »

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a leather harness for my DS Mya, she weights about 45 lbs. I'm getting into Schutzhund and need a solid harness for her. I live in Ontario, Canada.

I got all my agitation harnesses from fordogtrainers.com, they are reasonably priced and very good quality. They always send discount codes at the end of the month so if you can wait, sign up and create an account with them and wait for the discount code :) it's usually 10%

I got the leather collars and leashes for my black labs from Schaaf. They also make harnesses. Their prices are great too.

The company used to makes saddles for the US cavalry. The hardware is solid brass, i.e. it does not rost. Very important if dogs are daily "submerged" in salt water like mine. The collars and leashes hold up so well, Marco "inherited" Ben's collars and leashes. And you can talk directly to the guy who makes your harness, if you have any special instructions or needs. I can only say the best of this company. Very nice people. :yeah:

if you are anywhere near an Amish or Mennonite community, I would try there! We have all of our stuff custom made and I love them! Great quality and even better price!
