Is Hazel a DS or mix?

Hello! My grandmother recently got this dog from a local rescue event, and I was wondering if she may be a Dutch Shepherd or a mix of sorts. She is a 9-month old intact female.
I'm leaning more towards mix than DS, although wanted to get a few other opinions.
