Last Saturday May 5th 'Force' and I traveled to WA to trial at CSC.
Still on cloud nine as we successfully completed our IPO3 with a High HOT to boot
He's my first SchH dog and is an amazing boy. Not even 3yrs old yet. Sure looking forward to many more years of trials, training and fun.
Hoping that now we have our 3 I can learn to relax and breathe while trialing.
( please tell me it does get easier !!!! )

Tell us about yourself: I am a mom of 6 life forces - 2 kids and 3 dogs 1 hamster. I live in Ct. I have trained Ringsport and Agility and have 2 DS, one 15 and 7 and a Basset Hound Cookie who is 2
Tell us about yourself: I have a small kennel breeding working line Dutch Shepherds, and just stumbled on this forum while browsing the internet. We train our dogs in police K9 work primarily, with hopes of being able to compete in the near future.
Now you are faced with the question - continue to rack up those IPO3s....or switch venues? I vote for PSA But I know Mondio is more popular out your way. At just three, he has so many years of competing left!!
You know, I was off my rocker excited to get pick female out of that litter. Darn Arca decide to only have boys
Tell us about yourself: I am in New York State. Got my first DS about 14 years ago (more or less as a rescue- lost her in Nov.). After years of GSD's, and a few dogs of other breeds (Rotti/Beauceron/Ger. Shorthaired Pointer/ Yorkie and my current Jack Russell) I now have another DS, 4mo female, no name yet, tho I have a few in mind. Also have a horse-old quarter horse mare-32. Can't wait for all the snow to get gone! Spring is coming too slow this year!
Tell us about yourself: Rescued our first DS male on Dec 27, 2011. Approx 4 yrs. Rescued from NADSR. His name is Odin. Adopted a 2nd DS from NADSR June 27, 2012. Kai - 6 months.

Switching venues would be fun but sadly where I am ( mid willamette valley, oregon ) there is nothing else
I'd LOVE to do Mondio. It looks like such fun.
I got so LUCKY to get an Aaron X Arca son. I sure understand why you were excited about the breeding. Was a suprize to have an all male litter.
I was actually planning/working towards a pup the next year from Asheley. At the last minute this boys buyer had a reason to change their mind. Asheley thought we'd be a good match even though this'd be my first SchH dog.
Looks like she was correct
So glad I got my brindle beast even though it was a year ahead of my plans. It sure worked out well !!!
Guess I'll have to work on improving my handling ( lost us some points ) and work on tidying up some of Force's work ( lost us some points ) and rack up some more IPO3's with better scores
There's always an FH or 2 as well. ( he has a SUPER nose for work !!! )
