- Tell us about yourself: I have a 12 week old dutch shepherd that my trainer got for me to train in schutzhund. This is my 1st dutch shepherd, I have always had german shepherds. Currently, I have 4 dogs.
ICE news
ICE and I went to the Ultimate Air Dogs regional qualifier in Dixon, IL this weekend and placed 1st in the senior division!!! Earning us and invite to the championships in Missouri!! I was so proud of him!!!

Thanks! I am beyond proud of this dog!! We have only been doing dock diving since mid-May..... He has been consistently jumping 14'7" to 14'9" and last weekend he is jumping 16'-17' with a winning jump of 17'4"!

- Tell us about yourself: DS and Mal foster newly approved aug'12 by NADSR and ABMCR. high-functioning Autistic in nyc/hamptons in my 60's. Rescued the smartest dog i had ever seen off nyc street in 2000. Tracedog's intelligence exceeded by multiples my judgement that day. My first [and only as of 10/2012] dog turned out to be a DS, perhaps with a touch of something else, but attention to detail, behavioral traits, and physical habits, movement, and skill identical to DS. But MUCH more intellectual ability. supremely confident in all settings, fearless, very outgoing and social with people and friendly with dogs. Seldom apart in over 12 years, Trace Dog was the most important relationship of my adult life; he was my partner. - Tell us about yourself: Over the past 25 years I shared my life with a Rott, two Akitas, and a Shepherd/Husky mix. I now have my first Dutch Shepherd. Lexi was born in early September 2014. She is great in so many different ways but I could use advice from some been there done that DS owners.

I can never get PMs to work, they lock up my computer....
I will be at Southtown K9 in Rock Falls IL on Sunday (7-26) doing dock diving. I don't think that is too far from Rockford.
Just so you know, ICE is very standoffish. It takes many meetings for him to decide to interact with someone.
Hope to see you there! You'll easily be able to find us, we are the only Dutch Shepherd there and ICE is very excited and loud waiting for his turn. LOL

I'll try to be there, have a busy weekend. Lost a friend in a motorcycle wreck, few things sat and sun for that. Don't send Ice to attack the guy with a lot of tattoos, that's me. Thanks much, hope you see you Sunday.
