The first thing I thought of seeing that first shot was Bor. Whoa.
Though I can only hope to become the person who my animals believe I am, the things that they have taught me have made me a better human being. ~~~Sharon~~~
razor is nice (and very big for a DS), i met him last year.
youre getting a half sister to my guy Demon (via razor. as far as i know Alan McAdams bred razor but his owner is Rodger Moore in kerry, alan seems to use him as a stud alot though?), i hope youre well prepared because raising demon was one of the bloodiest experiences ive had with any animal.
as far as i can recall Alan McAdams was someone i chose not to go to with demons training having disliked/got a weird vibe from what i saw of their website. his dogs look well trained from what ive seen on youtube though so i wish you the best of look with your pup
Sadhbh (pronounced "Sive", its an irish name) -
Demon (dutch shepherd)
Koda (alaskan malamute)
Sidney (collie/springer spaniel)- R.I.P
Alan used to own Dana. She was recently sold (pregnant) to my friend over here in Ca, she came here about 3 weeks ago.
I have seen a lot of videos from different places, including Alan's and I see a lot of variation in training methods. While right or wrong, I guess is in the trainer eyes, I'll be sticking with the way I raised/raising my current DS.
The training methods that I have seen in Ireland are very different then what I am familiar with and I have seen some videos where I was like huh??... but that's just me.
Niiiiiiiice! Have they said what they're expecting from the pups for drive and civility?
I know two Boris sons that are very nice and one Dana daughter (I believe that's the dam at least). All very nice dogs and great drives for sport. Can't wait to see the puppy pics!!!!
EDIT: Boris is supposed to be Bor... Autocorrect fail...

Tell us about yourself: My family welcomed our first DSD 12/14. I have shown GSD's and APBT's in conformation, my goal is to have more of a working interest with our Dutchie. My husband and I have 4 young children, Kitsune adores them. Kitsune has begun IPO training, we hope to get her BH in 2016. We are in love with this breed and have plans to import a male pup soon.
Tripmomma wrote:Super cute! Mom is lovely. Are there any males not spoken for? Do you know their full pedigree...how far back with no Mals? Are they 100% Dutch?
Demon's mom posted their pedigrees-it's all there.
There are 7 males. I think there may be one left out of the whole litter.
1 day old!!
Edit-2 males left
I'm just so excited. I have waited literally years for this puppy!! I (kinda) promise not to junk up the forum with daily pics )
Tell us about yourself: I'm a student, I work at a zoo, and I work at a veterinarian's office. I'm an active person who doesn't mind playing the occasional video game or vegging out on the sofa while holding a netflix marathon.

But...but... we want you to junk up the forums with puppy pics. It's not everyday that we get to see cuteness! At least create a thread and junk it up daily!
Tell us about yourself: My name is Karen and I have a dutch shepherd, Xander, born 6/14/13. He is my second dutch shepherd. My first was Rawly. Even though Xander is my second I still have a lot to learn. That is why I'm here, to learn, get advice, and meet people who love these guys as much as I do.
