- Tell us about yourself: I like Dutch Shepherddogs, especially the roughcoat. At the moment we have three dogs, two DS (one female who is 10 years and one male who is six months) and one male Laekenois at the age of three. We live in the north of The Netherlands.

My crew is usually on their feet when something comes over, be it helicopters or little private planes. They still stare them down, even though I have one passing right over my property every Monday (to check the gas pipeline that runs at the edge)

- Tell us about yourself: I have had a DS for almost a year. Gwen and I are considering participating in PSA and or possible Ring Sport. I also have a Great Dane. I have grown up around working GSDs and my last GSD was a working K9 officer. I am all about dogs and animals in general and want to learn as much as I can about training.

We live close to a military training facality and our dogs are used to the sound of these helicopters. Only our first roughcoat Mike got very angry one day when a Chinook helicopter came to close. He wanted to attack that ''strange thing.'' DS are great defenders/protectors. :dswink"
