Tell us about yourself: I rescued a puppy last year. The vet thought she was a cross b/n lab & austr shep.
But as she grew (and grew)--she now looks exactly like a short haired Dutch. Black/brindle w/ a large white star on her chest. She is well behaved-but she is bored. She's not destructive--but I work all day & she's glad to see me but I can sense she needs a job. Vet says she has double hip dysplasia-so my idea of agility training is out. She will be 2 in Oct.

Originally the Vet said Abby was part Lab part Austr Shepherd. Then she grew (and grew). Now she is 65 lbs, black with brindle and big ears. She got me out of a speeding ticket. I got pulled doing about 10 miles over the limit (downhill). The cop kept staring at her. I said, She 's friendly. He said "I got one looks just like her in my car right now." He got his from Holland, and she's trained to do everything. We compared dogs-and he let me off with a warning. Now I take Abby with me everywhere!

 Welcome Abby.
I am not sure my dogs would get me out of tickets too. :? They usually raise so much h*ll if anyone approaches the truck, that I would not make a very good first impression. I am glad it works for you though.
