November 2011 Photo Contest - Wildcard

Post by icvanstra »

For this month, November 2011, please submit a photo that you think most fits the theme:
EN: Wildcard a.k.a. anything goes - just submit your favorite photo

...

The usual rules:
1) please submit one photo
2) you must have rights to the photo that you submit
3) please put the dog's name in your post
4) contest will be open until the around the end of the month ... voting will begin sometime after that.

Going to stress rule #3! :stickman:

I don't have many good photos of Boaz, but I'm working on it. So, here is my kangaroo trying to see the little yippy Rat Terrier that lives next door. He could easily jump the fence, but he's a good boy and likes to stay home.

Yeah, he just stands there. I think I should take up freestyle doggie dance with him. Get him a little skirt. Oh, wait. How about some wooden shoes?

Tell us about yourself: I adopted a Dutch Shepherd mix (without knowing what she was) from the SPCA here in Victoria BC and am now trying to learn everything I can about this breed. My husband and I work from home most of the time so I thought it was time to get a puppy! We have his 2 boys here half the time and we wanted a nice family dog.

Sugar looks like a miniature Dutch Shepherd with floppy ears, and has every ounce of DS traits in her little body!

I hope to learn from other DS owners and share doggy experiences.
Location: Victoria BC

I got the message Eric. :D
Although it was difficult to make a choice because I have a lot of dogpictures that belong to my favorites. But I choose this one because of the dog in front, Mike, who meant a lot to me and to us and who has gained such a special place in our hearts for as long as we live:
