Is my dog a Dutch Mix?

Hello! I'm new to the forum but i recently adopted a dog (this was a christmas gift actually since i had been researching for months for a new dog) that was listed a Shar-pei mix, looking at all the other brindle dogs i assumed Dutch and Shar-pei but i wanted to make sure with the experts.

Kuma is about 10 months to a year, was 53 pounds when we got her, she lost some weight but is now gaining it back. Shes 18-19 inches tall at the shoulder. She has a purple and pink splotchy tongue (her pei traits), and she has also been spayed.

She doesn't like being still for photos so if you need better ones I will try tomorrow but here is what I got (i also have videos which may be better):

Oh, and shes a bit of a goofball. Very attentive and alert she is always observing and taking in her environments. She is smart though and tends to read me and mom fairly well. Shes very obedient, however to keep her focused she is very food driven. Good off leash and comes back most of the time when called, however i recently got a whistle and doing some clicker training she responds instantly to that and my voice.

Despite not toy driven for right now she loves smells and chasing small animals like ducks, squirrels, and large birds. Whenever were biking if she spots a squirrel she will bolt after it and take me and the bike for a wild ride. Shes a heavy tracker, whenever off leash she loves to track down scents and explore, her nose drives her mad. I've planning to get her some training scents and some canvas or duck dummies.

Her favorite toy happens to be a squirrel tail attached to a busted kong chase it toy. Shes very focused and intense whenever that toy is out. Her protective instinct has awaken as of recently when she had gotten bitten in the neck by a pit bull, luckily no injuries, however when I had gotten stuck under two boxers locked in combat a couple of days later she threw a fit and tried he best to take them off me. After that ordeal the rest of the time at the dog park she never left my side and would bark at dogs that were close and getting too rowdy to get them to break it up.

When not being serious though shes a goober, loves cuddling up with me and laying by my feet after about 1-3 hours of outdoor activity, however sometimes that is not enough and she'll be gently bugging me every couple of minutes for some sort of cuddling or play. I've had her for almost 3 months, I am hoping around june we'll start doing bikejor training.

I can see Pei in her eye set and body. Pei's do come in brindle, so it is possible that the Pei is where the brindling comes from. Akita's also come in brindle and that could explain the ears.

It is always so hard to tell because so many combinations can result in a brindle dog with shepherd-like qualities. But if your dog was in the shelter I work with, I would absolutely call it a DS mix. Could it be something else? Yeah. But the likelihood....looks like a DSx to me.

Thanks so far for the opinions. I don't think she would be part akita because of her coat. It doesn't have feel or anything that would hint Akita. Nor do I see it in her face, and I think she would be much bigger if that was the case.
