hey, my name is Tareena, I live just outside Orlando, FL.

I had a GSD/collie cross and a border collie growing up. A year or so after my border girl passed away I happened to leave work just in time to see what I thought was a GSD (but was actually a gorgeous dutch ) running back and forth thru traffic, right at rush hour. She kept trying to follow people who were walking by but everyone ignored her. I pulled over and got her into my car. She was very submissive and anxious. It was clear she had been in an abusive situation, any sudden movement and she'd cringe and/or run, and forget leaving her alone, she'd go nuts! I've had her 2 years now and she's a completely different dog. So sweet and loving and just full of energy!

You left for work at just the right moment for her to find you !!!!! YEAH!!!! SO happy !!!

my girl Shylah ...when her hair is all grown out she looks almost all black, when I first got her I couldn't decide if she was a really dark sable (GSD) or brindle (DS)...she got a hair cut last summer and you could see the stripes! ... she used to go to work with me every other Saturday too at my last job, she was our mascot everybody loved her and she loved everybody

thought I was gonna adopt this adorable malinois boy today...super sweet and well-behaved, set it up with the owners to meet up again tomorrow with my girl at Petsmart to see how they got along....and then on the way home I got a text saying her husband decided he wanted to keep him >.> can't blame him, he's an awesome boy....but I'm bummed out and a lil annoyed :/

You might get a phone call down the line...sometimes one spouse temporarily outranks the other.

He's beautiful. Mals are a lot of dog without an off-switch. Like the DS, not for everyone.

It sucks getting your hopes and heart worked up. Let's hope it was for the dog's best interest to stay with his family.
