Dutch Shepherd Forum

Hi everyone! We are from north Texas. I recently brought a puppy home from the shelter. We thought he was just a Heinz 57 until his ears started to stand up. Sometimes he has a shepherd look to him so we did a little research and found the Dutch shepherd breed. Looks like a great breed. I have an affinity for intelligent dogs although all so far have been mixed rescues. We think our pup is about 4-5 months old. I have some pics under is my canine a Dutch shepherd. Good luck with your new K9. No matter what the breed or X enjoy him as he is. As to a Dutch I would say with a great amount of certainty that he is not.

Super adorable pup! I agree with Roger, I don't see any Dutch Shepherd in there. Heinz 57 sounds right, and IME, mutts make awesome pets. Enjoy your new pup!
