Tell us about yourself: I'm Ron and i have 1 LH bitch called Amirah Veunis for Son Dog, but we call her Saartje.
We also had her dad, Kobus van Oscarli (He was on the calander 3 years ago, in the flowers), but he passed away in 2009 my friend.
I'm more a reader instead of a poster, but now and then you will see some pictures of me, right J.

Beautiful pics!

Seufz, this is what a Schaeferhund is made for, doesn't matter if Dutch, German, Belgium, Australian. They look soooooooo happy when they are doing their herding job.

And I agree, these sheep look serious. It takes some balls to keep them in check! :dsrazz:

Hey Ron! Great to see you here!
Ron takes the very best pictures, regardless which subject.
I just dearly love the nostalgia that oozes from these shots. Are pictures nr 3, 4, 6 and 7 the Dutch shepherds, Ron?

Number 3 is Niek van het Oude Landras (SH)
Number 4 is Marijntje van het Oude Landras (SH)
Number 6 is Anne van de Zilverstroom (RH)
Number 7 is Sanne van het Oude Landras (LH)

They all passed the test, some great and others with a narrow escape.
They are the first 4 owners with there DS in the Netherlands who passed for this test ever. (I hope i'm number 5)

Any chance of knowing the names of the GSD's doing the tests? I always like seeing dogs do the job they were bred for, I'd love to do herding if it were something I had more access too. I think all the pictures are great and I love the black and white.

All looks like lots of fun. I've been watching the herding trials on tv here in the UK and more and more I wish there was some way I could take part, perhaps one day I'll own enough land to get some sheep or find a farmer willing to help me train lol :D
